Miami: A quick overview
Even on business trips, I enjoy exploring the city. This allows me to understand the culture and society as well as the businesses that operate in the city. These are some of my favorite places in Miami.
Bayfront Park
The 32-acre urban park sprawls in the heart of Downtown Miami. It is one the largest public urban parks in Florida. It is surrounded by American Airlines Arena on the north, Biscayne Boulevard and Bayside Marketplace to the west, Chopin Plaza to the south, and Biscayne Bay to the east. This is a must-see place. Spend some time at the park.
St. Bernard de Clairvaux Church
This church was built in the 20th century but its history dates back to the early 12th centuries. It is a medieval Spanish monastery-cloister that was built in Sacramenia, Segovia. It was taken apart in the 20th century and sent to New York. There it was reassembled to North Miami Beach, where it remained as is. It is a wonderful historical building.
I know you might be limited on time so I’ve only recommended two places that you can visit on your Miami limousine ride. There are many other things you can do in Miami before you return your Miami airport transportation limousine to the airport. You should visit more if you have the time.
